Pigment Emulsion is colored, black, white, or fluorescent particle organic or inorganic solids. This emulsion is generally insoluble in the vehicle or substrate into which they are put and are unaffected by it. By selectively absorbing and/or dispersing light, they alter the appearance of objects. It is either soluble or undergoes an application operation that removes any crystal structure.
